Campground Rules and Guest Conduct

Riffel’s Camp & Float Adventures

We’re excited to host you at Riffel’s Camp & Float Adventures! To ensure a safe, enjoyable, and family-friendly environment for all guests, the following rules must be followed at all times.

By entering the property, you agree to comply with these rules and all posted policies.

Failure to follow these rules may result in removal from the property without refund.

Quiet Hours
🕙 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Please respect your neighbors. No loud music, generators, or excessive noise during quiet hours.

Speed Limit
🚗 5 MPH throughout the campground
Watch for children, pets, pedestrians, and campground vehicles at all times.

Campsite Occupancy & Visitors
🏕 Maximum 6 guests per campsite
• All visitors must check in at the office and pay applicable fees
• Visitors must depart by 10:00 PM
• Registered guests are responsible for the actions and safety of all members of their party and visitors

Creek Area & Water Activities
🌊 Use at your own risk
• No glass containers in the creek or campground
• Children must be supervised at all times
• Alcohol consumption is at your own risk
• Proper footwear is strongly recommended
The creek, banks, and surrounding terrain may be slippery, uneven, or hazardous. Natural water conditions can change rapidly.
Guests assume all risks associated with water activities, including tubing, wading, swimming, and accessing creek areas.

Pack In / Pack Out (STRICTLY ENFORCED)
🗑 Help us keep the creek clean
• All floaters must pack out everything they bring onto the creek
• No trash, cans, bottles, or debris may be left in or along the creek
• Trash cans are provided at the end of the float for proper disposal
• Littering in the creek or along the route is strictly prohibited

Failure to follow Pack In / Pack Out rules may result in:
• Immediate removal from property
• Additional cleaning or damage fees
• Loss of future booking privileges

Shuttle & Equipment (If Applicable)
🚐 Use at your own risk
Guests participating in shuttle transport or using personal or rented floatation devices acknowledge inherent risks including loading/unloading, transportation, and handling of equipment.

Riffel’s Camp & Float Adventures is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property, including floatation devices.

ATV / UTV Use
🚙 Permitted for transit only
• No recreational riding within campground areas
• Must operate safely and at posted speed limits

Fire & Safety
🔥 Safety is everyone’s responsibility
• No fireworks
• No discharging firearms or weapons
• Fires must comply with local regulations and any posted restrictions
• Never leave fires unattended

Pets
🐶 Pets are welcome with responsible ownership
• Pet fee: $10 per stay
• Pets must be current on vaccinations (including rabies)
• Proof of vaccination may be required
• Pets must be leashed (6 feet or less) at all times outside of campsites
• Pets may not be left unattended
• Owners must clean up after pets immediately
• Aggressive or disruptive animals are not permitted

Pet owners assume full responsibility for their animals, including any injury, damage, or disturbance caused.

Management reserves the right to remove any pet deemed unsafe or disruptive without refund.

Guests bringing pets must agree to and comply with the Pet Policy.

General Conduct
✔ Be respectful of other guests and staff
✔ Keep campsites clean and orderly
✔ Dispose of trash in designated areas
✔ Follow all posted signage and staff instructions

Disorderly conduct, illegal activity, or behavior that disturbs other guests will not be tolerated.

Assumption of Risk
Outdoor recreation, camping, and water-based activities involve inherent risks.

By entering the property, guests acknowledge and assume all risks associated with these activities, including but not limited to injury, illness, property damage, terrain conditions, weather, and water hazards.

Participation in activities, including tubing and shuttle transport, is voluntary and at your own risk.

Enforcement & Removal
Management reserves the right to enforce all campground rules and policies.

Failure to comply may result in:
• Immediate removal from the property
• Termination of reservation
• No refund
• Additional charges for damages or violations
• Denial of future bookings
