Riffel's Camp & Float Adventures
Partner with Riffel’s Camp & Float Adventures
We are looking to expand our community offerings! We invite food trucks, musicians and more to apply for our busy weekend events and prime float season. Join us in creating an unforgettable experience for our guests amidst the natural beauty of the creek.
Vendor Guidelines & Requirements
Setup & Tear-Down Times
Vendors are welcome to begin setup two hours prior to event start times. All booths and vehicles must be fully staged and ready for guests 30 minutes before the event. Tear-down may begin only after the event conclusion to ensure guest safety and a relaxed atmosphere.
Insurance & Liability
To keep our camp family-friendly and safe, all vendors must provide proof of general liability insurance naming Riffel’s Camp & Float Adventures as an additional insured. This helps protect your craft and our community during busy Kentucky summer weekends. Must confirm you have Temporary food permit OR Mobile food unit permit.
Booth Space & Cleanliness
We take pride in our pristine creek front. Vendors are responsible for maintaining a tidy workspace and removing all trash from their designated area. Please follow our standard campground rules: leave it better than you found it so everyone can enjoy the creek.
Regulations & Compliance
All vendors must comply with local health department regulations and fire safety codes. Food trucks must have up-to-date permits. By partnering with us, you agree to uphold the peaceful, family-oriented spirit of our Kentucky camp adventures.
