Reservation Refund Policy

Our cancellation and refund policies are outlined in full within our Terms, Policies & Conditions page.

For convenience, the general structure is summarized below:

 

Standard Dates

• 30+ days before arrival: Full refund minus processing fees

• 14–29 days before arrival: 50% refund

• 0–13 days before arrival: No refund

 

Event & Holiday Dates

• No refunds within 30 days of arrival

 

No refunds for early departures.

 

Refunds are issued only if the campground is officially closed due to flooding or unsafe conditions as determined by management.

 

Weather discomfort (rain, mud, heat, insects, wildlife, etc.) does not qualify for refund.
