Refund & Cancellation Policy

Reservation Refund Policy

Our cancellation and refund policies are outlined in full within our Terms, Policies & Conditions page.

The summary below is provided for convenience only. 

 

Standard Dates

• 30+ days before arrival: Full refund minus all processing and booking fees

• 14–29 days before arrival: 50% refund of reservation total (excluding fees)

• 0–13 days before arrival: No refund

 

Event & Holiday Dates

• No refunds within 30 days of arrival

• Event tickets and bundled packages (including float + event) are
  non-refundable within this window regardless of circumstances

Early Departures​

No refunds will be issued for early departures, unused nights, or changes made after arrival. 

Weather & Natural Conditions

Camping and outdoor recreation involve exposure to natural elements.

Refunds will not be issued for weather-related or environmental conditions, including but not limited to:

• Rain, flooding outside of closure conditions

• Mud, insects, wildlife, or natural terrain

• Heat, cold, or other weather discomforts

 

Campground Closure

Refunds or credits will only be issued if the campground is officially closed due to unsafe conditions (such as severe flooding), as determined solely by management.

No-Shows

Failure to arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior notice will result in forfeiture of the reservation without refund.
 

Processing & Fees

All booking fees, credit card processing fees, and service charges are non-refundable under all circumstances.

Modifications

Reservation date changes or transfers may be allowed at management’s discretion and may be subject to fees and availability.

 

Policy Enforcement
All cancellations, refunds, and modifications are subject to the full Terms, Policies & Conditions.

Management reserves the right to interpret and apply these policies at its sole discretion.
